Hi, I’m Lauren — an interaction and service designer and researcher specializing in strategic storytelling and digital experiences in healthcare and other complex sectors.

With nearly 14 years of UX and service design experience at Pivot Design Group, a Toronto-based design studio, I’ve had the pleasure of leading and being a part of a wide range of end-to-end projects (some years-long!) for leading healthcare organizations across Canada and beyond.

An artist at heart, an analytical thinker, and curious by nature — I’m a firm believer that the most meaningful outcomes come from a user centered- approach and some out-of-the box thinking.
